A woman on TikTok has called for ‘adult-only flights’ after sitting on a three-hour journey where a child was crying the whole time.
Morgan Lee took to the popular social media platform and shared a video of her experience from the trip, alongside the caption: “Why isn’t there such a thing as adult-only flights? I would pay so much money [for that].”
She added in the comment section: “I have noise-cancelling headphones, the child was WELL over five years old, and they sat directly behind me while kicking my chair as the mother slept.”

Despite the video getting over 60,000 likes, she has received backlash from people who have responded to the video.
One person posted: “And this is why people/parents/moms have anxiety when leaving the house. Because no grace is given.”
“Trust me, the parent is having a worse time than you,” replied another user.
A third viewer sarcastically commented: “Poor you. My heart goes out to you and the number of hours you endured another human’s cries. I hope you’re better now.”
“This was harder for mom than it was for you,” added another.
However, Lee did also receive support, as some users could understand where she was coming from.
One parent commented: “As a parent I 100% agree. I would love to be on an aeroplane and not get dirty looks or grunts from angry people that don’t like kids/noise.”

Someone else defended her by saying: “Why are these parents so pressed? There’s nothing wrong with wanting a flight without screaming children that she wants to PAY FOR.”
A third person replied: “Why are people so mad? She’s not saying ban children from all flights she just wants an option for a child-free flight.”
