Bob Saget’s head injury was so severe it was like ‘he’d been hit with a baseball bat,’ a doctor has claimed.
Neurosurgeon Dr Sanjay Gupta appeared on CNN and suggested that the comedian didn’t just suffer from a ‘simple bump,’ after looking into his autopsy report.
The new’s outlet chief medical respondest explained: “I think what it reveals more than anything else is this was not a simple bump on the head.

“When you read this autopsy report that may still be the case, but it was a pretty significant blow to the head.”
Referring to around the eyes, he added: “If you fracture your orbit, you have significant pain.”
Gupta isn’t the only medical expert to have questioned Saget’s autopsy report, as the Washington Examiner’s chief political correspondent, Byron York, also commented that it was ‘really odd’.
He reportedly said: “This is really odd. Makes you wonder about the thoroughness of the original investigation of the scene.”

Concerns have also been addressed by emergency physician Dr Megan Ranney, who apparently tweeted: “Hi. ICYMI: This is not a ‘slip and fall’. This is not a minor concussion. This is MAJOR head trauma.
“My condolences to Saget’s friends and family. I hope that they get answers as to what really happened.”
Saget’s tragic passing was announced on February 9 by his family through a statement to E! News.
It read: “The authorities have determined that Bob passed from head trauma.
“They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it, and went to sleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved.”
