A woman got a tattoo of an upside-down pineapple, only to find out what it meant afterwards.
Brittany Lewin is going viral on TikTok after realising her inking had a racy hidden meaning.
In the TikToker’s video, she revealed that she had a conversation with a friend that made her do some further research into her body art.
Lewin’s friend suggested that she Google what an upside-down pineapple actually is, and when she did, she was left very embarrassed.

The chat started with her friend asking: “Is that an upside-down pineapple?”
In response, Lewin said: “Hahaha, not when my arm is down.”
Alongside a ton of laughing emojis, her friend replied: “It’s still gonna make me giggle. I only just found out what an upside-down pineapple tattoo actually means.”
Confused, Lewin asked: “Wait, what??? Googling, haha.”
The TikToker then found out that an upside-down pineapple symbolises someone who is looking for a swingers’ party. It also helps swingers identify each other.
According to Cruise Mummy, a pineapple placed on someone’s porch or mailbox could mean they are interested in meeting other couples for a swinging party.
After finding out what her inking really means, Lewin shook her head.

Many viewers have taken to the comments and reacted to Lewin’s video, with one person reassuring her: “I thought it was a nice tattoo.”

In a follow-up post, Lewin explained that the triangle is her lucky symbol and that when she got the tattoo it was supposed to symbolise her being a ‘boss babe’.
The TikToker isn’t the only person to have found out the hidden meaning of an upside-down pineapple tattoo in a hilarious way.
Another woman has gone viral after saying she’s discovered an upside-down pineapple’s true meaning after buying some beach chairs and taking them to the seaside.
She said: “Upside down pineapple means swingers… I didn’t know til TikTok.
“I’m still using these chairs but just attracted some unwanted attention today.”
