A new Netflix series is leaving viewers terrified and anxious after watching every episode.
Plenty of gripping dramas and thrillers have dropped on the streaming platform in recent weeks.
Lately, everyone has been talking about Can You See Us?, which people are dubbing the ‘saddest film ever’.
While others are raving about a ‘massively underrated’ crime drama starring Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro.
But now a new series – which has found itself in Netflix’s Top 10 – has become the one to watch.

Dear Child, which is based on the novel of the same name by Romy Hausmann, is entirely dubbed from the original, which is in German.
The miniseries follows a woman’s escape from captivity and how investigators aim to find out the truth behind the disappearance which took place 13 years prior.
The woman is joined in the hospital by a girl named Hannah who appears to be her daughter – and from then on things just get more and more bizarre.

Dear Child, which was released on September 7, was directed by Isabel Kleefeld and Julian Pörksen.
It stars Kim Riedel in the main role, supported by Naila Schuberth who plays Hannah.
Many people who’ve watched the movie have taken to social media and admitted that the show actually left them disturbed.
One person pens: “Watching it now, it’s an awesome series, chilling to know this stuff happens on a daily basis. Things are not what they seem in this show.”
“Dear Child on Netflix is a must-watch! It’s a limited serious but boy did it have me on the edge of my seat,” adds another.
A third writes: “Just watched Dear Child on Netflix. Definitely worth the watch. Excellent German-language thriller.”
“Man this show Dear Child on Netflix [is] crazy as hell,” a fourth person comments.
Somebody else admits: “Loved it but made me nervous.”

Dear Child also has an impressive Rotten Tomatoes score of 83%, with people praising its ‘intense plot’ while also saying it’s a ‘rollercoaster of suspense’.
Dear Child is now available to stream on Netflix.
