A juice bar has been slammed after apparently sharing a ‘toxic’ list of demands in a job advertisement.

Twitter user Jenson Titus took a snap of the ad which he claims was on display in the window of Kreation Organic Juicery.

Apparently, the chosen person will have to be ‘actually available,’ have an ‘open schedule,’ will ‘never be late,’ or ‘cry,’ will ‘work hard,’ have ‘no bulls***,’ and ‘smile no matter what’.

Titus simply captioned the post: “Doesn’t cry.”

His post has now accumulated over 35,000 likes and a whopping 3,000 comments, with many blasting the juice bar.

One person tweeted: “I wonder why they are ‘still looking’.”

Another added: “Wait a f***ing second, we need to talk about which part of working at an organic ‘juicery’ requires having a ‘no crying’ rule??? I’m SORRY??”

“This gives the same energy as guys whose dating profiles are just a five-paragraph essay about everything they hate about women,” a third remarked.

A fourth commented: “Openly admitting you have a toxic working environment and still blaming the workers is deeply diseased.”

According to Titus, Kreation Organic Juicery has since removed the sign from the shop window.

He said: “They took the sign down lol.”

The company’s website claims that its goal is to ‘provide clean fuel for the mind, body and spirit’ with juices made from ingredients ‘flood the body’s cells with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that cleanse, heal, and nourish’.
