Roger E Mosley, known for his role in Magnum P.I., has had his cause of death confirmed by his daughter.
The 83-year-old was involved in a car crash recently that left him paralysed from the neck down and in critical care.
His daughter, Ch-a, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that these injuries were the cause of his death.

In a Facebook post, she paid tribute, saying: “Roger E Mosley, my father, your friend, your ‘coach Mosley’ your ‘TC’ from Magnum P.I., passed away at 1:17am.
“He was surrounded by family as he transcended peacefully. We could never mourn such an amazing man. He would HATE any crying done in his name. It is time to celebrate the legacy he left for us all.
“I love you daddy. You loved me too. My heart is heavy but I am strong. I will care for mommy, your love of almost 60 years. You raised me well and she is in good hands. Rest easy.”
Mosley appeared in all eight seasons of Magnum P.I. alongside Tom Selleck, in which he played the role of Theodore ‘TC’ Calvin.

His character was a trusted ally of the titular star, who would often help him out of trouble by flying him in and out of Hawaii, which was the main setting of the show.
Despite taking a break from acting in 2010, Mosley made a one-off appearance in the Magnum P.I. reboot in 2019.
He was also known for his starring role in the biopic Leadbelly, in which he played influential blues singer Huddie Ledbetter.
Renowned film critic Robert Ebert once described this film as ‘one of the best biographies of a musician I’ve ever seen’.
