Vernon Kay raised eyebrows on This Morning after he questioned why Meghan Markle has done another tell-all article.

Referring to her recent interview with The Cut, the TV presenter said: “Why does she keep doing these interviews? Why are we always bombarded with Meghan’s opinions and Meghan’s views of what’s happened inside Buckingham Palace?

“If they want to go away, why don’t they just go away?”

Kay quickly added: “I mean that in the nicest possible way.”

Co-host Rochelle Humes believes that they ‘should be allowed to do their own thing’.

The presenters were joined by royal expert Camilla Tominey, who offered her own opinion on the matter, as she believes the Duke and Duchess of Sussex need to ‘justify’ their multimillion-dollar deals.

She said: “We’re happy to let them but I think there are multimillion-dollar reasons why they’re not being quiet because they’ve got a lot of deals with Netflix and Spotify.”

“They’ve gone to America for peace and privacy and a bit of quiet.

“But they’re still doing the interviews, they’re still telling all, especially in The Cut magazine.

“Because it wasn’t just for peace and privacy, was it? It was for commercial reasons.

“I don’t know why we skirt around this issue, this is the elephant in the room.”

“They went there to make more money.”

In Markle’s latest interview, she explained that she is looking for forgiveness and to make amends with the Royal Family, however, she never clarified if anyone has reached out to her.

Surprisingly, the Duchess also compared herself to former South African President Nelson Mandala, which has become one of the biggest talking points taken away from the interview.
